How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Your order is officially confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, no changes or modifications can be made.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I update it?

Address changes may be requested, but they cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your information before completing checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Wondering where your order is? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 48–72 business hours for the tracking information to update and display an estimated delivery date.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please note that all sales are final. We understand that things don’t always work out, so we offer a return policy for eligible items. Returns are issued as store credit or exchanges only; we do not offer refunds.

We have a 7-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, orders must have a valid US or Canadian shipping address, and you must provide either your order number or the email used at checkout. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Items must be in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging (no wear, washing, perfume/cologne, stains, etc.). Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

how do i care for my perception hoodie?

To care for your hoodie, we recommend the following:

• Wash in cold water using a clear detergent (avoid fabric softener), and wash it separately.
• For best results, hang to dry.
• Washing with heat may cause shrinkage.

My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s what you should do:

In some cases, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it actually arrives. Please allow 3–5 business days, as it often shows up shortly after. You may also want to check with neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after this time, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation, depending on when the order is placed. Once shipped, domestic delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.

To provide customers with the most affordable shipping experience possible, we offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Conceptualized Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped through Canada Post. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and shipment.

To provide customers with the most affordable shipping experience possible, we offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Please note that selected shipping methods may affect delivery times. Estimated delivery is typically 4–10 business days, though certain regions and shipping options may require additional time.

Shipping taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other related charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Conceptualized Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Refusal to pay customs fees or import charges does not qualify an order for a refund.
